"Richmond police said they received a complaint Wednesday that a woman
was walking around naked close to South Maple and State Street.
When they got there, they said they found 40-year-old James Phelps naked from the waist down, allegedly having sex with 25-year-old Erin Murphy on the hood of a vehicle.
Murphy and Phelps were arrested and charged with prostitution and indecent exposure.
Murphy was also charged with alcohol intoxication."
